How to Access Nursing Care?

You can have access to 24/7 nursing care and support if you are registered with. If your plan does not include this support you can purchase from the allocated plan budget.

Community Nursing Care Process:

Once you meet the eligibility criteria for complex support, our registered community nurse which examine the individual to identify the clinical needs. Then, the nurse will conduct a thorough assessment to understand your clinical needs. Based on the assessment, the community nurse will develop a plan mentioning the type and frequency of nursing care to be provided. By frequently monitoring, we’ll keep adjusting and tailoring the nursing plan, for instance, increasing or decreasing the timing of nursing care according to the individual’s needs.
